Jennifer Bafaro, a proud foodie and Art Director based in Los Angeles, turned her passion for flavor and creativity into a unique honey brand. Her vision was to create a collection of sweet and spicy honey infusions that pair well with a wide variety of foods, appealing to everyone’s individual taste preferences.

While developing recipes, Jennifer spent countless hours researching ingredients and experimenting with peppers to craft the perfect hot honey. Inspired by her newfound love for banana peppers—and noticing that no other hot honey brands offered a banana pepper flavor—she created what would become the signature taste that sets Spicy Beehave Honey apart. She also developed a cinnamon-infused wildflower honey, another distinctive flavor that makes Sweet & Spicy Beehave Honey truly special.

Every homemade recipe is crafted with raw, unfiltered California honey and made using only all-natural ingredients. Once her recipes were cooked to perfection, she shared them with her family, friends, and co-workers and they were an instant hit! Hosting Sweet & Spicy Beehave Honey tasting parties allowed her to discover which flavor combinations paired best with certain foods based on guest’s feedback.
